Allowing | (a vertical line) to equal 1, the number 1/137 uses three lines and the number 37 ie. 1/137 = |/|37.

(337, 373) is the only known case of a pair of primes formed by concatenating in order and reverse order the prime factors of a repunit number, R3 = 111, (111 = 3*37 = 37*3).

The following site page contains at least one error: 37 is not 2×17+1. In fact, 37 = 2×18+1. Since 18 is not prime, 37 is not a safe prime. It is interesting  to note that 2×18 = 36 = 6².
