10 episodes highlighted by more intense action, the return of original franchise actors (like Jane Badler and Marc Singer) in new roles, and a massive cliffhanger finale.

eg. A𝈀IЯ ⴺⴹ VANS, Λ𝈀IЯ ⴺⴹ VΛNS - using the letter set {AΛⴹⴺI𝈀VNS} and the colours Red & Blue. Erica represents every member of The Resistance Army and everyone can use the names Erica, Eric etc. and Evans as a nickname etc. I sometimes use the name Evan Evans.

Creator Kenneth Johnson originally intended to adapt Sinclair Lewis’s anti-fascist novel It Can't Happen Here, but network executives at NBC convinced him to reframe the fascist takeover using science fiction elements.

A Fleur-de-Lys - worn as a beret badge by members of The Resistance [who all honour The Manchester Regiment (Primarily, The 7th, 6th and 5th Battalions, M.R.).]

The Manchester Regiment (specifically its predecessor, the 63rd (West Suffolk) Regiment of Foot) was nicknamed The Bloodsuckers due to a combination of their regimental badge and their service in the Caribbean and America.

The Badge:

The 63rd Regiment adopted the Fleur-de-lis as a badge.

The Analogy:

The Fleur-de-lis emblem was said to bear a passing resemblance to a mosquito or insect.

The Context:

Because the regiment served extensively in the Caribbean and America—areas known for mosquito-borne diseases and pests—the badge was colloquially termed a mosquito, leading to the nickname Bloodsuckers.

The 63rd Regiment was merged with the 96th Regiment of Foot to form the Manchester Regiment in 1881, carrying this nickname with it. The lineage of the 63rd is continued today by the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment (King's, Lancashire and Border).

In the spirit of dark humour, the name Satan can be used for a powerful, arch-opponent of The (Z-Dev Evil) Visitors. This Satan is into Extreme Sport.

In Series 7, Episode 1 of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, Disney legend Hayley Mills is paired with antiques expert David Harper.
