Near Side Dominance:

The majority of lunar seas are located on the near side of the moon (the side facing Earth). The far side has almost no maria, as its crust was too thick for ancient lava to breach.

Iron Content:

The basalt in the maria is rich in iron, which causes these plains to absorb more light and appear much darker than the bright, mountainous lunar highlands.

Waterless:

Despite their name, these plains are bone-dry basalt.

The Game: A Short Introduction

While making use of all manner of things in a player's environment, Qu (an alternative name for The Game), is a game you really play within the space between your ears.

Using an appropriate game arc (The Arc) together with instructions on how to use every useable resource - such as songs, instrumental music, movies, television shows, books (fiction and non-fiction), poems etc. - to live The Arc, Qu delivers a son et lumiere of sentient experience and involvement in which everything is seen to be worked together into a coherent information structure.

Intelligent study, exploration, consideration etc. of The IS (Information Structure) can demonstrate the meaning of anything.

Qu is a player oriented game. By that is meant, the game serves (decent) people with people at the centre. Among other things, by coming to see, understand and make use of the often invisible and complex web that connects eveything in The IS, The Game and The Machine, you will come to see the relevance to the world (including YOUR personal world) of every human life. In order to get the most out of playing, you will come to understand that every human life, properly lived, must serve others as well as your own.

As you learn about Qu and play it, you will come to see that fusion with your fellow players is the only way to truly access any of The 7 Game Heavens. Charity, compassion, brotherhood (and, of course, sisterhood) and all such protons must be a part of any player's game.

The Game Arc.

In a nutshell, The Main Truth Of Qu (MTOQ) is that everything in the.possession of humans - including novels, movies, poems, songs, tv shows, books of history, other non-fiction books etc. - is all true in some appropriate way (ISAW). To underline the main truth, we can state that The Totality Of All Human Knowledge is known as The Human Qu Source and that The Arc states that everything in THQS exists and every event in THQS is always happening ISAW ISAW (in some appropriate way, in some appropriate world). By ISAW, I'm introducing the idea that there are laws, rules and regulations in Qu that must not, and cannot, ever be broken. These laws etc. do not start out as physical (part of some system of physics) but rather as creations of The Will (of a Supreme Being). The nature of the Supreme Being is largely unknowable to others and this fact probably means that there are things in the game that we will never know and/or understand. The application of the laws etc. gives rise to a set of worlds in which the MTOQ is true, as well as a set of disfavoured/deselected worlds (DW) that are logical but purely hypothetical. These DWs are related to the CantGoTu Environments discussed by David Deutsch in his book The Fabric Of Reality.

In QuBricks, An Object is anything that can be identified using a noun or a nounal phrase. This use of the word object is intended to create a link between the programming language C and objects within QuBricks. It is a major statement of QuBricks that an Intelligent Designer (ID) exists who can be called God. It is a further major statement that God is, as I used to be, a computer programmer. The Computer that God uses is known by many names including The Great Machine. As well as being a programmer, ID is a systems analyst (The Systems Analyst) and a (computer) operator (The Operator). All objects printed in bold with initial capitals for each word (like The Great Machine) are archetypal.

For anyone interested in becoming A Sharian Templar Knight, the first vow of celibacy that must be taken involves a commitment to achieving a Templarian Batchelor of Humanities Degree - which includes everything necessary to become a SHArian Templar Knight First Order. The degree is awarded along with your first black belt and you must always maintain the dedication you earned it with.
